Hello there,
New Staff Member Spotlight

Ammu Reddy, MS, Resident in Counseling
Clinical Supervisor is Crystal Myers, LPC
We are so excited to introduce Ammu Reddy! She'll be joining the Winchester team and is scheduling new clients starting in September.
I believe our behaviors, feelings, emotions, and experiences are deeply meaningful and shape how we navigate life. I am a Resident in Counseling and hold Reiki Level 1 and 2 certifications. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.
I strive to create a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, respectful, and empowering space where you feel safe to explore your story. I see myself as a torch lighting the path on your journey, supporting you with compassion and curiosity as you grow—always honoring that you are the expert of your own life. I believe awareness is the first step toward change. Like a cocoon quietly transforming into a vibrant butterfly, your journey holds the promise of beautiful transformation.
I work with individuals, couples, and LGBTQ+ clients navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, stress, life transitions, and many more. I also support women’s well-being, walking alongside those experiencing postpartum challenges, fertility journeys, and other significant life transitions.
My approach combines a person-centered with schema exploration and cultural sensitivity. I customize evidence-based techniques such as CBT, motivational interviewing, attachment theory, eco-therapy, and more to suit individual needs.
I also offer Reiki and breathwork sessions and integrate holistic approaches and expressive arts within counseling to foster healing. Reaching out for therapy requires courage and strength, and I sincerely appreciate the trust my clients place in this process.
New Staff Member Spotlight

I value developing collaborative relationships, so that the course of our sessions is driven by teamwork between myself and my client.
My overall goal is to make sure my clients feel safe and supported while in a judgement-free environment.

You don't have to struggle alone through the difficulties with which you are currently dealing. Therapy can help you better understand your strengths and lead you to a different understanding and a more meaningful life. I value you, your strengths, areas that you might need to work on, and everything in between, because all of your experiences make up who you are, which is someone worth valuing.
Braelin Fauber, MS, Resident in Counseling
Clinical Supervisor is Crystal Myers, LPC
We are thrilled to welcome Braelin Fauber to the Lifeworks team! She's now accepting new clients at the Winchester Location
Hi, my name is Braelin. I am a resident in counseling
who focuses on creating a safe and open space to help others be able to live their best and healthiest life.
I completed my undergraduate degree at CNU in
2023 with a B.S. in Psychology with minors in
Leadership and Childhood Studies. I received my
M.S. in Counseling and Human Development
with a specilization in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling in 2025 through Radford University.

Through my own personal and professional
experiences, I have gained a great understanding
and passion for hearing others’ stories, and using
my skills to help guide them to a more fulfilling life.
I completed my internship at the Inpatient Psychiatric
unit at New River Valley Carilion hospital, as well
as the Radford University Student Counseling Center.
These experiences allowed me to see many different
kinds of people, each with their own story to share.
I have experience with individual and group
counseling, involving ages between 18 and 80.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, various mental health issues and diagnoses, and the many struggles that life can throw our way.

I have a passion for working with individuals in the
hospice care system, as well as working with their
families to help navigate them through a difficult time.
I typically use a variety of techniques in my sessions,
such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-
Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and
mindfulness techniques, often with a Solution
Focused Mindset. While these are my preferred
techniques, I emphasize the importance of getting
to know each of my clients individually, and using
different techniques depending on what the client
and I feel would be the most beneficial.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and currently practice in Virginia as a Supervisee in Social Work. I have completed the 4-day Externship training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and hold a Reiki Master certification.

Wherever you are in your journey—seeking deeper connection, healing old wounds, or navigating the joys and challenges of parenting—you don’t have to do it alone. I look forward to walking with you.
My clinical supervisor is Tiffani Ashland, LCSW
Megan Conrad Anaya
MSW, Supervisee in Social Work
Welcome. I offer a caring and supportive space where you can feel safe to share your story, understand what’s holding you back, and take steps toward a more connected and meaningful life.

My clinical perspective is grounded in attachment theory and the neurobiology of connection. I believe that relationships—whether with partners, caregivers, children, or ourselves—are central to both our wellbeing and our distress. How we connect shapes our nervous systems, our sense of safety, and our capacity to heal.
I specialize in working with couples who feel stuck in painful patterns, disconnected from one another, or unsure how to repair after betrayal or trauma. Together, we focus on rebuilding trust, increasing emotional responsiveness, and restoring a sense of safety and closeness in the relationship.

I also work with individual adults recovering from complex trauma, family dysfunction, or emotionally and spiritually harmful experiences. Whether you're navigating generational trauma, high-control environments, or subtle forms of abuse, I provide a grounded, compassionate approach to help you process what you've been through and reclaim your sense of self.

In my work with parents and children (ages 0–14), I help families build stronger bonds through emotional attunement, playful connection, and developmentally appropriate support. I partner with caregivers to better understand their child’s behaviors, respond with confidence, and strengthen the parent-child relationship in ways that support lifelong resilience.

My approach is trauma-informed and integrates talk therapy, play-based methods, and somatic tools tailored to your needs. I also work with clients exploring questions around belief systems, identity, and values—especially after high-control or spiritually damaging experiences. When desired, I integrate reiki and energy-based practices as part of a holistic treatment plan.
Asking for help does not mean that we are weak or incompetent. It usually indicates an advanced level of honesty and intelligence." –

Keshav Kanapur, MSW, Supervisee in Social Work - Clinical supervisor is Tiffani Ashland, MSW
We are so excited to introduce Keshav Kanapur! He currently has openings for new clients.
When difficulties feel unmanageable and emotions become intense, having the right guidance can be incredibly impactful—especially for kids and teenagers. Whether your child is navigating anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, or big life transitions, they deserve a space where they feel safe, understood, and supported.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan and have extensive experience working with children, teens, adolescents and adults. I offer a range of therapeutic approaches, including family therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducational therapy to address the diverse needs of my clients.

My approach is warm, engaging, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Through Play therapy and Adventure therapy, I help younger clients express themselves in ways that feel natural and comfortable. For older children and teens I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional regulation, coping skills, and confidence in handling life’s challenges.
I believe in a collaborative, strengths-based approach where all clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Every individual is the expert in their own experience, and my role is to guide them in discovering their resilience and inner strengths. Together we can build a strong foundation for emotional well-being, self-awareness, and lasting growth.
If untreated, symptoms of depression, anxiety, emotional reactivity, and trauma can worsen. Feeling afraid to address what's going on can make things worse, making relationships and daily functioning very difficult.
